Customer Service Officer - Work from Home / Dayshift

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across Consumer & Pharmaceutical Goods Distribution, Commercial Property, and Retail sectors.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
• Assist with lease-related inquiries and tenant support within the Commercial Property division.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous service improvement.
• Support the implementation of customer service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.
• Other role specific duties as they arise.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role within distribution, property, or retail industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of consumer goods, pharmaceutical regulations, retail operations, or property leasing is an advantage.
• Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
