Outbound Sales Specialist - Work From Home

The Sales Specialist plays a key role in promoting a superior payment solution to small businesses. This role is responsible for driving outbound engagement, guiding prospects through the onboarding journey, and contributing to the overall sales strategy and process refinement. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, results-driven, and capable of building strong relationships quickly over the phone.

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to selected prospects to promote a leading payments solution.
  • Guide prospects through multiple sales stages from initial contact to onboarding and form completion.
  • Apply effective sales techniques to maximize conversion rates and meet or exceed set targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and support email campaigns.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining consistent and professional communication standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback and insights from calls to help improve sales pitches, scripts, and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of call scripts and continuously identify process improvements.
  • Carry out additional administrative and sales-related tasks as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in payments, fintech, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with prospective clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the payments sector is highly regarded.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Skilled in objection handling and able to remain persistent while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
