Sales Operations Coordinator - Work From Home

  • Prepare and manage Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Client Relationship Statements (CRS).
  • Process Letters of Authority (LOAs) and other necessary documentation.
  • Request and follow up on missing information and bill copies from retailers and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain customer site matrices.
  • Manage contract signing processes via DocuSign as requested by BDMs.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of market updates and newsletters.
  • Send out new service and funding information to customers.
  • Provide marketing support, including the development and mailing of promotional materials.
  • Track and report on project statuses.
  • Maintain continuity and serve as a point of contact during BDMs’ leave periods.
  • Assist with various service-related support tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales, service, and procurement teams to optimize daily task delivery and reduce resolution times for customer and service queries.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the energy sector or a sales environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities effectively.
