Media Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

2. Content Creation and Optimization:

  • Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, press releases, podcasts, and social media.
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.

3. Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to maintain brand consistency and drive audience engagement.
  • Create and schedule social media posts, monitor comments, and respond to inquiries.

4. Design and Visual Content:

  • Coordinate the creation of digital assets, including website graphics, banners, infographics, and videos.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.

5. Email Marketing Campaigns:

  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and tracking performance metrics.
  • Craft compelling email content to drive conversions and nurture leads.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor digital traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns based on performance data.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign growth, KPIs, and ROI to stakeholders.

7. Project Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end digital projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
  • Scale campaigns effectively to maximize results.

8. Market Research and Experimentation:

  • Conduct market research to inform campaign strategies.
  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests to improve performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of producing quantifiable results.
  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and design.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights
  • Google Analytics a must have Certification
