Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
2. Content Creation and Optimization:
- Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, press releases, podcasts, and social media.
- Optimize content for SEO, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to maintain brand consistency and drive audience engagement.
- Create and schedule social media posts, monitor comments, and respond to inquiries.
4. Design and Visual Content:
- Coordinate the creation of digital assets, including website graphics, banners, infographics, and videos.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.
5. Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and tracking performance metrics.
- Craft compelling email content to drive conversions and nurture leads.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor digital traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns based on performance data.
- Provide regular reports on campaign growth, KPIs, and ROI to stakeholders.
7. Project Management:
- Oversee end-to-end digital projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
- Scale campaigns effectively to maximize results.
8. Market Research and Experimentation:
- Conduct market research to inform campaign strategies.
- Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests to improve performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of producing quantifiable results.
- Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and design.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights
- Google Analytics a must have Certification
