made us a leader in the industry, and we're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team
and drive our continued growth. We’re scaling fast—and we're looking for an ambitious, intellectually curious,
adaptable, and driven SDR to help fuel our next phase of growth.
Job Purpose
As an SDR at IDGateway, you won't just be prospecting, you’ll be digging for opportunity. This is a role for a doer,
someone who’s tenacious, proactive, flexible in their approach, and genuinely curious about each prospect’s
unique needs. Your mission will be to generate high-quality leads and create interest and excitement around our
products. You’ll help shape first impressions and play a vital role in our overall sales strategy. Above all, you must
be motivated, results orientated and able to deliver to targets. This is principally a telephone canvassing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation :
• Engage leads, through telephone canvassing plus additional engagement, emails, LinkedIn, and industry
events.
• Identify and research target accounts and personas using a mix of tools, data, and creativity.
• Build custom prospecting lists that reflect a thoughtful understanding of our ideal customer profile.
Qualification :
• Conduct intelligent discovery by asking thoughtful open-ended questions to uncover customer pain points
challenges, and goals.
Demo & Appointment Generation :
• Book highly qualified, well-informed meetings for Account Executives by articulating our value clearly and
aligning it to prospect needs.
Relationship Development
• Build trust and rapport with prospects by listening and addressing concerns and suggesting solutions.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement :
Take ownership of your performance by reviewing your pipeline, learning from setbacks, and applying feedback.
Share insights to support team decisions, keep CRM (HubSpot) records up to date, and track KPIs to help improve
the sales process.
Candidate Profile :
• 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of consistent
performance.
• Genuine curiosity about people, businesses, and how our technology can solve problems.
• This is a pure outbound sales role focused on new business generation.
• Must be target driven and KPI focussed with a 'get it done’ mindset.
• A strategic thinker who can create relevant messaging and independently propose new approaches if
something doesn't work.
• Strong rapport building skills, on the phone, via teams, or in person.
• Proactive mentality: be accountable in a fast paced working environment
• Familiar with CRM and sales tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, you represent the company from the first contact.
• Data Driven, being able to understand the numbers and how they drive the outcome
