Verity is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Customer Success Manager to join our software team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our investment management clients, ensuring they realize maximum value from our RMS and ESG software solutions. You will act as the primary contact for some of our most important clients, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, and work closely with CS leadership and other stakeholders. You should be highly communicative, team oriented, sales minded, and customer obsessed.
