Oracle E-Business P2P Functional Consultant

Job Description

You will be:

• Leading and overseeing analysis of current Oracle E-Business Suite implementation
• Leading Workshops on current business process
• Overseeing process mapping/redesign and gap analysis
• Leading the development of ERP landscape diagrams
• Working with application users to identify pain points with current ERP implementation.
• Leading the development of functional solutions to ease pain points identified
• Overseeing testing support, training delivery, post go live support and other related aspects of functional implementation advice and guidance. 

You will have experience in the following areas:

• Oracle implementation experience within Oracle E-Business Suite: iProcurement, iSupplier, Inventory, Procurement Contracts, Account Payable, E-Business Suite Tax, Subledger Accounting.
• Oracle Cloud P2P (Highly desirable)
• Stakeholder and communication (Both written and verbal) skills
• Experience of working effectively within a team
• Organised and be self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task and priorities across concurrent projects may be required.
• Management of change requests through the development and testing lifecycle confirming to project management standards and scope
• Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs
• Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction
• Assist with risk management and change management on projects
• Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables
• Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
