You'll be the strategic partner and right-hand to our founders—Ryan (4-time Emmy nominee and co-founder of Jubilee) and Max Hertan (founder of Vids Agency and AgencyHires). You won’t just manage calendars; you'll shape decisions, streamline operations, and execute high-impact initiatives. Your role ensures Ryan and Max operate at peak strategic performance, driving Snowball’s rapid growth and influence in digital media.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Strategic Partner & Problem Solver

• Partner closely with Ryan and Max, turning their strategic vision into actionable outcomes.
• Lead complex projects such as website redesigns, new business strategies, and innovative lead generation initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Execution

• Own executive communication (email, Slack, voice memos), filtering and prioritizing requests, ensuring founders focus on high-leverage activities.
• Develop and optimize internal systems that streamline operations, enhance productivity, and scale effectively.

Communication Maestro

• Translate visionary ideas from the founders into clear, compelling communications.
• Act as a critical liaison between executives and the broader Snowball team, maintaining alignment, motivation, and clarity.

High-Impact Project Management

• Spearhead critical cross-functional initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes delivered.
• Proactively manage and track execution, never letting critical initiatives slip through the cracks.

• Proven track record in leading complex projects, improving operational systems, and handling high-level executive communication.
• Deep proficiency with productivity tools (Slack, Notion, Asana, Google Suite).

• Experience working in high-growth startups or dynamic agency environments.
• Familiarity with digital media, YouTube growth strategies, or SaaS business models.
