We’re on the lookout for two Campaign Delivery Managers to bring Virgin Red’s marketing campaigns to life. These roles will be the driving force behind seamless, creative, and results-driven campaigns—working with stakeholders, creatives, and data teams to engage customers and boost brand loyalty.

We have two exciting roles – one permanent and one fixed term, both of which will focus on delivering campaigns across our digital and CRM channels, ensuring our members receive exciting, data-driven communications that drive brand love, deeper engagement and help us hit our business targets.

  • Define and track success – Establish clear, measurable campaign KPIs that align with business objectives, ensuring all marketing efforts drive real impact.
  • Lead creative development – Oversee the creation of compelling campaigns across Virgin Red, Virgin Trains Ticketing, and the Virgin Customer Engagement Platform, working closely with in-house designers, copywriters, and external agencies.
  • Coordinate multi-channel rollouts – Manage the seamless execution of campaigns across app, web, paid media, partner channels and CRM, ensuring all channels work in harmony.
  • Ensure strategic alignment – Oversee campaign governance to keep marketing activities on-brand, legally compliant, and focused on driving deeper engagement and customer value.
  • Optimise the customer journey – Deliver a consistent and engaging end-to-end experience across all touchpoints, driving conversion, engagement, and brand loyalty.
  • Analyse and improve performance – Work with data and analytics teams to track campaign effectiveness, share insights, and continuously refine marketing strategies for maximum impact.

What you’ll need

  • You’ve got solid, hands-on experience in campaign delivery and project management, making things happen from start to finish.
  • You know your way around CRM platforms and can confidently deliver marketing campaigns across our digital channels.
  • You’re data-driven and comfortable with marketing analytics and understanding data flows to drive smarter decisions.
  • You’re used to working with creative teams to bring bold, engaging campaigns and communications to life.
  • Experience in loyalty, travel, or finance? That’s a big plus, but not a dealbreaker if you bring the right energy and skills.
  • If you’ve used Contentful, Braze, or project management tools like Monday.com, that’s a bonus – but we love a fast learner!

Role type: We've got 2 roles - 1 x Permanent and 1 x 9-month Fixed Term Contract
Location: London hub (once per week) & your home space
Salary: £55,000-62,000. We're putting our salaries out there for everyone to see - no smoke and mirrors, just honest numbers. We'll offer a salary that matches your skills, always aiming for room to grow.
