Onboarding Specialist

Our client is an Australian company that operates a dedicated health and wellbeing marketplace, aiming to simplify the process of finding and booking various health services. Their platform also helps practitioners expand their reach and optimise appointment availability.

They are now seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to facilitate a seamless transition for health and wellbeing businesses integrating with our platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Zoom or phone-based onboarding sessions to assist clients with platform setup and integrations with confidence.
• Support health clinics in syncing their calendars and managing their business dashboard.
• Develop training materials, including video tutorials, FAQs, and written guides.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the technical team.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure they feel supported and confident using the platform.
• Gather client feedback and share insights to improve the onboarding experience.
• Take initiative in identifying opportunities to enhance onboarding procedures and lead relevant projects.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes in a clear and professional manner.
• Experience working with practice management software, CRMs, or similar platforms.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product.
• Previous experience in a client-facing onboarding, account management, or customer support role is preferred.
