Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian with professionalism and attentiveness.
  • Assist customers with product information, technical support, and order status.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experiences.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
  • Gather feedback from customers and suggest improvements to service processes.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, especially in a technical or product-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
