Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with product questions, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and support.
• Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for service improvement.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
• Problem-solving skills and a calm approach to address customer concerns.
• Competence in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
