Team Summary:
Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability.
Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, data modelling, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results. Currently the team has 1500+ professionals (including consultants, data scientists, designers, digital marketers and economists) globally with 2,350+ projects executed in 2024. Key focus area of VCA is to drive Value-in-kind (VIK) revenue, include consulting VIK to displace cash incentives in every new or renewal client deals and build a strong team of data scientists and consultants.
The incumbent will be part of VCA Data Labs team based out of Bangalore, and will be responsible for building new data products, and support in delivering Visa Managed Services data science engagements for Visa's clients across the Asia Pacific region. You will be challenged to stretch your thinking, and innovation is always an edge to the work that we do.
