The Marketing Director is responsible for leading marketing objectives, strategies, and programs for Visa and in direct partnership with Clients to support the achievement of both, Visa and Client business and brand objectives in the Caribbean and Central America cluster, primarily focused on Central America. This individual will lead a team responsible for all aspects of Marketing plans and programs with Clients including: Financial Institutions who issue Visa credentials, Merchant Sellers who receive payments for their goods and services from Visa credentials, Fintech partners who enable the growth of the payment ecosystem, Government stakeholders and entities who strive to advance economic inclusion. This is a unique role: you’ll need to be comfortable with all aspects of strategy development and go-to-market execution of marketing programs and plans, investment forecasting, ROI, data and insights analyses, creative, and media plans combined with excellent persuasion skills, executive presence, and a strong desire to drive impact with your work in these markets.
Essential Functions
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
