We’re hiring a Bilingual Family Law Attorney to provide in-person legal representation and advocacy in family law cases. This role involves attending court hearings, advising clients on legal matters, and managing case files from start to resolution. What You’ll Do:

✅ Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations for family law cases.
✅ Draft and review legal documents such as divorce petitions, custody agreements, and prenuptial contracts.
✅ Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on family law matters.
✅ Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
✅ Communicate effectively with clients, judges, opposing counsel, and court staff.
✅ Manage case deadlines, filings, and documentation with precision.
✅ Advocate for clients’ best interests in high-stakes family law disputes.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Degree: Juris Doctor (JD) – Licensed to practice in Texas.
🌍 Languages: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (C1 or higher).
💼 Experience: At least 1 year of experience in family law (experience in civil litigation or immigration is a plus!).
💻 Software Proficiency: Clio Manage, Google Suite.
📌 Skills: Strong legal writing, research, case management, and courtroom advocacy.
⚖️ Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple cases independently.
