As a Tech Recruiter at WAES, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of technical profiles—from sourcing to offer.
We are looking for top talent, so in this role, you will be speaking with professionals both in the Netherlands and abroad, including Dutch- and English-speaking candidates. Most interviews will be conducted online.
From a technical perspective, part of your day will involve searching for developers on LinkedIn and other platforms - creativity is highly encouraged! The rest of your time will be spent interviewing candidates and convincing them that WAES is the perfect next step in their careers.
Additionally, we want you to take the lead in Employer Branding, ensuring that WAES remains on the radar of top professionals both locally and internationally.
