As a Tech Recruiter at WAES, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of technical profiles—from sourcing to offer.

We are looking for top talent, so in this role, you will be speaking with professionals both in the Netherlands and abroad, including Dutch- and English-speaking candidates. Most interviews will be conducted online.

From a technical perspective, part of your day will involve searching for developers on LinkedIn and other platforms - creativity is highly encouraged! The rest of your time will be spent interviewing candidates and convincing them that WAES is the perfect next step in their careers.

Additionally, we want you to take the lead in Employer Branding, ensuring that WAES remains on the radar of top professionals both locally and internationally.

This is a diverse, dynamic, and often fast-paced role. You will be given a high level of autonomy to achieve success, with the full support of our internal team at every step.

• 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter and/or Sourcer
• At least 1 year of experience search for and interviewing technical profiles, preferably Data and Software Engineers
• Excellent written and spoken English, Dutch is a strong pre
• University level of thinking (preferably bachelor or master graduate) 
• Good communication skills, and not shy to talk to people from the other side of the world 
• Intelligence 
• Ability to learn quickly, and improvise 
• “Good is not good enough” attitude 
• Detail-oriented 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
