We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to join our LATAM team :). The right person will be responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process and possesses a passion for building teams and prior success recruiting in the Technology and Digital Marketing/Advertising spaces.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Conduct end-to-end hiring processes from leading kick-offs to extending the offer to the best-in-market candidate for the role.
  • Ensure we hire with high standards of quality, being mindful of our business, culture, technical needs, and our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion 
  • Handle multiple complex and diverse roles proactively developing ad-hoc solutions to reach the hiring goals and keep clear information to report on relevant Talent metrics.
  • Actively participate in the design, development and launch of talent acquisition strategies, programs, tools, processes, and technologies to meet specific talent needs, in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively propose and execute improvements in hiring practices
  • Partner with hiring managers and build strong relationships with them to assess and understand their specific hiring needs and goals and provide them with advice and regular progress updates
  • Train Hiring Managers on best practices, market trends, and past experiences to anticipate possible challenges and opportunities of specific hiring processes
  • Partner with relevant HRBPs to ensure hiring is aligned with business and team needs and to anticipate foreseeable hiring needs.
  • Lead special projects/recruiting initiatives related to Employer Branding, DEI, Metrics, Sources, Documentation, etc.
  • Enrich the talent team globally and share knowledge that can impact different locations
  • Utilize data to report on hiring insights and market and compensation trends to drive process improvement and high-quality decision-making.

What You'll Bring to Us:

    • +5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles and seniorities (Including IT, Client-facing and Staff roles)
    • Previous experience recruiting in highly dynamic environments for the tech industry AND international companies 
    • Advanced English skills (speaking, reading, writing & listening)
    • Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and consultative skills with the ability to organize complex information and convey it in clear and succinct way
    • Extraordinary learning agility and autonomy. Ability to bring prior expertise to a new arena, and adapt appropriately for our unique culture
    • ATS experience is a big plus
