WalkMe seeks a Brand Experience Manager to reimagine, elevate, drive, and execute immersive brand experiences that showcase the transformative power of our Digital Adoption Platform. This strategic role will focus on strategizing, building, and implementing innovative, unique, and memorable experiences across key touchpoints, including the WalkMe Challenge, industry conferences, and SAP Experience Centers. Our Brand Experience Manager will lead the creative vision and enablement strategy behind these initiatives, ensuring field marketing teams are prepared to handle the operational execution. All efforts will focus on bringing the WalkMe brand to life, showcasing the value of WalkMe, connecting with our target audiences, and outshining the competition.
What You'll Own- Experience Design & Innovation:
- Reimagine, elevate, and take ownership of the WalkMe Challenge, transforming it into a flagship brand experience that highlights and differentiates WalkMe’s impact through innovative storytelling, creative execution, and enhanced user engagement.
- Project manage the WalkMe Challenge experience and all related workstreams - organize enablement/training for field marketing and sales, manage all assets and materials tied to the experience (digital and global events), track performance and gather feedback, evolve and pivot direction as needed.
- Conceptualize WalkMe’s presence at select tier 1 industry conferences, focusing on storytelling, proving value, and creating brand affinity through experiential elements to create memorable attendee experiences.
- Strategize and develop plans for WalkMe’s integration into SAP Experience Centers globally, ensuring alignment with WalkMe’s brand and value proposition.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate complex product capabilities into engaging, interactive demonstrations that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Brand Standards & Strategy:
- Working with our heads of design and brand, establish guidelines and experiential standards for consistent brand representation.
- Partner with product marketing to transform technical narratives into compelling experiences and demonstrations.
- Drive forward-thinking approaches to how enterprise software solutions are showcased and understood.
- Collaboration & Influence:
- Act as a strategic advisor to field marketing teams, ensuring alignment with WalkMe’s brand and experiential goals.
- Enable field marketing sales and operational staff with clear guidance to ensure our vision can be carried through seamlessly at events.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Collaborate with the SAP partnership team to integrate WalkMe's story within Experience Centers and events.
What You Need to Succeed - 5+ years in B2B event marketing, experiential marketing, or brand management, preferably in the technology industry and/or at an event marketing agency.
- Proven success in creating compelling B2B technology experiences.
- Experience planning and executing successful brand programs, events, and related initiatives.
- Project management attributes including strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining careful attention to detail and time management.
- Proven history of working cross-functionally to achieve team support and success with defined outcomes.
- Strong skills in project management, storytelling, strong design understanding, and interactive technologies.
- Expertise in enterprise software and digital adoption solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting OTE for this role is between $110,000 and $120,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
