As the US Marketing Manager for World of Warships, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate user acquisition and engagement across North America. You will play a key role in aligning our US marketing initiatives with local market opportunities, focusing on player acquisition, growth, and retention. You will cooperate closely with the Performance Ads/Art and Video departments to deliver your campaigns.
Product Marketing Director
Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns according to US Brand Strategy.
Craft and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that capture the essence of World of Warships and resonate with US audiences. This includes digital marketing channels, Naval museums partnerships, and influencer outreach.
Drive Brand Growth.
Lead strategies for player acquisition, activation, and retention. Ensure our brand’s presence is prominent across key US traffic sources.
Marketing Content Strategy.
Work closely with the content team to develop impactful advertising materials and PR initiatives. Shape the narrative around World of Warships to align our brand and potential audience values.
Influence marketing (YouTubers).
Build relationships with gaming influencers, agencies, and content creators to promote World of Warships. Manage partnerships and take the hand on the pulse of Influence marketing strategy.
Analyze and Optimize Campaign Performance.
Track KPIs and report on campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to continually refine marketing strategies and achieve growth targets. Cooperate with Marketing Data analyst and explore points of growth.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Partner with global teams, creative agencies, and development teams to ensure cohesive marketing messaging that aligns with World of Warships’ overall goals.
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on gaming, entertainment, or digital products.
Strong knowledge of the US gaming market, with a passion for World of Warships or similar games.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and influencer engagement.
Analytical skills with a knack for translating marketing data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
