THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Onboarding Control Specialist - Process and Efficiency to our Wellbeing Engagement - Revenue team in São Paulo, Brazil


In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of our engagement process, from sales handover to client launch and CS handover. You will act as a guardian of process quality, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring clients are set up for success.

Reporting to the Onboarding Efficiency and Control Leader, you will be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our onboarding process and driving client satisfaction.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Client-by-client setup control for clients during launch, including internal alignment with stakeholders and SF/Darwin validation.
  • M0/M1 support for setup checks, guaranteeing alignment of critical client information such as payroll and access keys.
  • Control and monitoring of the onboarding process across different areas, ensuring adherence to best practices and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identify and address issues within the onboarding process, implementing corrective actions to minimize disruption and enhance efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve client setup problems, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with sales, client success, and other relevant teams to optimize the onboarding process and ensure effective handover.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous relevant years of proven work experience in a related position, preferably in onboarding, process control, or quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to identifying and resolving issues.  
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client setups and tasks simultaneously.  
  • A focus on results and a proactive mindset, with a drive to implement scalable solutions and process improvements.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.  
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.  
  • Data analysis skills (Excel, Sheets)
  • Advanced English.  
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • A passion for ensuring quality and driving client success.
