Reporting to Assistant Manager of Ordering, the Quote Coordinator reviews measure documentation to generate product and labor quote all Window Nation installation of custom orders.  The role performs these activities to ensure what was sold and measured will be quoted accurately.  The Quote Coordinator follows up in a timely manner to meet our customer’s expectation and internal turnaround times.  This position works closely with Measure Technicians, Installation & Branch Managers outside manufacturers and order processing team.

• Prepare product quotes of windows and doors in vendor portals for assigned vendors
• Review labor workbooks and prepares labor quotes
• Request additional materials from vendors i.e., shutters
• Work with third party vendors to make any necessary corrections to quoted labor and materials or provide documentation on additional items quoted due to changes from the original order
• Resolve sizing and labor issues with Measure Technician or Installation Manager
• Upload/Note documentation of questionable issues resolved
• Assist with resolving all pending issues and ensure that they are being addressed in a timely manner
• Upload measure packets
• Works with vendors for specialty shapes, templates, and grids
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High school Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred
• 2+ years industry experience or similar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Expertise in CRMs; MS Dynamics experience a plus
• Customer-centric mindset
