Administrative Assistant (Multiple Washington, D.C. Sites)

WinnCompanies is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and assist three Washington, D.C. residential communities: Atlantic Terrace (195 units), Atlantic Gardens (108 units), and Southern Hills (255 units).


In this role, you will be working out of one office, but supporting all three properties' daily administrative procedures and special projects.


Please note that the pay range for this position is $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, the regular work schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.


Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of front desk duties, including handling all calls/mail and greeting visitors.
  • Assist with property operations, including: assisting with paperwork, filing paid invoices, collecting rent payments, and distributing resident requests appropriately.
  • Provide office support, including: maintaining files, ordering office supplies, and facilitating overnight shipping.
  • Update property management team on existing or potential problems.
  • Complete special projects as needed.


Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Direct customer service experience.
  • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in property management industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.


$23 - $27 an hour
