A full-time remote team member who is a passionate, talented and experienced CRO Specialist looking for a new career with a well-established Canadian digital marketing agency.

Job Overview

As a CRO Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce the cost per conversion. This role involves both data analysis and hands-on implementation. You will interpret user behavior insights, conduct A/B testing, and work closely with designers, developers, and paid ad specialists to enhance the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and Google & Meta Ads to boost lead generation and conversions. 
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests, analyze heatmaps, user recordings, and performance data to refine layouts, CTAs, and creatives. 
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement CRO-driven improvements that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Leverage Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, Looker Studio, and similar tools to monitor conversion rates, cost per conversion, and funnel efficiency.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to continuously refine optimization strategies.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and paid ad specialists to execute and refine CRO strategies. 
• Explore AI-driven tools for content and design improvements (preferred but not required) and ensure seamless, high-converting user journeys across all marketing touchpoints.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or a related field.

Communication and Analytical Skills:

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

Technical skills:

• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, heatmaps, and funnel optimization.
• Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads optimization.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, or similar.
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve conversions.
• Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and ad specialists.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-driven content and design tools.
• Knowledge of email marketing CRO.
• Client-facing experience.

Technological:

• A workspace free of distraction. This job is for someone who enjoys working from home or in a coworking space.
• A download speed of at least 30 Mbps and upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.

Work Timings:

• 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).

Working remotely: Work from the comfort of your own home office or workspace.

Salary: $2000-$3000 CAD/month (which will be negotiated during our interview based on competencies, skills, and experience) +other competitive benefits.
