Thunderbird Wholesale is revolutionizing the mortgage industry with our first-of-its-kind no-documentation loan program. As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of this innovation, working closely with residential mortgage brokers to introduce and sell our product. Your role will involve outreach, education, and relationship-building—guiding brokers through our seamless self-service platform and helping them leverage this game-changing lending solution.

Schedule: This is a Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements and candidates must be willing to work weekends depending on the department’s necessity.

Location: LATAM - 100% remote workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience as a Sales professional in the residential mortgage industry (mortgage broker or mortgage lender/banker).
  • Experience working for a non-QM, niche, or specialty lender (not a large national bank).
  • 10-20 years of experience across 3-5 U.S. residential mortgage companies.
  • Must have held a sales role, selling in person or over the phone.
  • Fluent English, with U.S. work and living experience.
  • Experience in fix & flip lending, mobile home financing, or other niche mortgage products.
  • Wholesale business experience, selling to brokers (not retail direct-to-consumer sales).
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales within the residential mortgage industry, working for mortgage brokers or lenders.
  • Hands-on experience in fix-and-flip lending, mobile home financing, and wholesale mortgage sales.
  • Strong existing relationships with mortgage brokers and the ability to build new connections quickly.
  • Perfect English communication skills—both verbal and written—with a proven ability to sell and negotiate effectively.
  • Must have lived and worked in the U.S. in a sales role for a residential mortgage lender.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity.

  • Contract/Consultancy position
  • USD Base Salary + Commission on funded volume.
  • 20 PTO balance, available upon completion of 6 months.
