Zocdoc’s mission is to give power to the patient. To do that, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in-person or virtual care in all 50 states, across +200 specialties and +12k insurance plans. By giving patients the ability to see and choose, we give them power. In doing so, we can make healthcare work like every other consumer sector, where businesses compete for customers, not the other way around. In time, this will drive quality up and prices down.

Your day to day is…
- Managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Demonstrating consistent expertise in managing multiple requisitions, titles, and tenures
- Partner closely with hiring managers on hiring needs - routinely keeping them in the loop with the recruitment process
- Regularly track pipeline data and insights to provide relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by communicating with candidates from beginning to end
- Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts leveraging data analysis and reporting, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
- Champion building diverse teams. Build strong diverse pipelines, source passive candidates while engaging with inbound applicants
- Build strong internal relationships and work cross-functionally with the greater HR team (including but not limited to HR Business Partners, Compensation, etc.)
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 1+ years of experience working in recruiting (agency or in-house)
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and partnership skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Working understanding of metrics and recruiting KPIs
- Comfort with negotiation & difficult conversations
- Excellent communication skills, inclusive of written, presentation, and verbal communication
