We're looking for an experienced Deak Desk Analyst to join our GTM Operations team responsible for strong ownership to drive efficient deal processes and ensure compliance across sales operations.This is a EMEA shift role.Reporting to Manager, Deal Desk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring quotes are accurate (technical and commercial), provide guidance on deal structures, and advise on terms.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to recommend the best approach to quoting while adhering to policies.
  • Managing non-standard deals, offering creative solutions within business guidelines.
  • Working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product, Legal) on pricing and product strategies.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of experience in deal support management, deal strategy, and/or sales operations.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce, SF CPQ, and MS Office.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
