Role Overview: We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to own our demand generation efforts. In this critical role, you'll develop and execute programs that build pipeline, generate qualified leads, and support our revenue goals. This position offers significant growth opportunity and hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and opportunities
- Build and optimize digital marketing programs across paid search, social, email, and content syndication
- Develop and manage account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting our key prospect segments
- Create and implement lead nurturing workflows to move prospects through the funnel
- Develop compelling assets that drive conversion
- Manage marketing automation platform and CRM integration to ensure proper lead tracking and attribution
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize programs to improve ROI
- Support event marketing strategy, including webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences
- Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
- Stay current on B2B demand generation best practices and recommend new approaches
- Collaborate with sales to understand pipeline needs and align marketing activities accordingly
Qualifications:- 2-5+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on demand generation or pipeline marketing
- Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems
- Understanding of lead generation, qualification, and nurturing processes
- Data-driven approach with ability to measure and report on marketing campaign performance
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing principles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- B2B SaaS experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience
- Located in Seattle/New York or willing to relocate
