We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers receive timely and efficient support. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing valuable solutions. You will work closely with the customer support team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and friendly service.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
