• Accurately enter data into the company database, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

• Assist in compiling and analyzing data for reports.
• Process and update property-related information and documentation.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure system security.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with data management software and basic office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred but not required.
