Job Description

Captura Hall is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their career in account management, client services, and business development. The Junior Account Representative will support senior staff, assist with managing client accounts, and help ensure high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts

• Provide administrative and project support to Account Managers

• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for clients

• Communicate with clients to gather information and deliver updates

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client requests and documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution and performance tracking

• Help identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
