Marketing Assistant /Recruiter

Apt Resources, a vibrant HR consultancy firm, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant/Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will contribute to our marketing efforts while also assisting in the recruiting process to attract top talent to our organization.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing initiatives, handling social media accounts, creating content, and helping to maintain our brand presence. As a Recruiter, you will engage in activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews, ensuring that we bring in the best candidates for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content for social media platforms and the company website
• Manage social media accounts and monitor performance metrics
• Support the recruiting process by posting job advertisements and screening candidate applications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and candidate evaluations
• Assist in organizing marketing and recruitment events
• Collaborate with team members to develop new marketing strategies

• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
