We are seeking an Operations & Marketing Specialist who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and creatively driven. This role is responsible for supporting business operations, managing CRM systems, and executing marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on graphic design and social media. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in tools like Airtable, Canva, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and various CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & CRM Management
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and organized client and project records.
- Assist in coordinating business operations, including document management and scheduling.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Track leads and follow up on inquiries to support business growth.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design visually compelling marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, presentations, and branding assets using Canva or other design tools.
- Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and industry standards.
- Edit and enhance images for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns and SEO strategies for lead generation.
Technology & Administrative Support
- Utilize Airtable, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM software to streamline operations.
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency.
- Operations Experience: Familiarity with business operations, CRM management, and workflow processes.
- Graphic Design Expertise: Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Suite for creating high-quality marketing materials.
- Social Media Savvy: Understanding of content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics across major social platforms.
- Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Airtable, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions, marketing materials, and team collaboration.
- Highly Organized: Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and prioritize workload effectively.
