The Digital Optimization Manager is a hands-on, data-driven strategist responsible for both developing and executing digital optimization initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. As an individual contributor, this role requires a blend of analytical expertise, growth marketing mindset, and executional excellence to improve website performance, enhance inbound funnels, and increase conversion rates.
The ideal candidate thrives in both marketing strategy and execution, managing optimization projects from ideation to technical implementation while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and other key business partners. A deep understanding of marketing technology platforms, web technologies and content management systems, A/B testing, reporting frameworks, and analytics is essential for success in this role.
What you will be doing:- Digital Strategy & Optimization:
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance website performance, streamline inbound funnels, and optimize content for engagement and conversion.
- Implement a structured testing and reporting framework to track and refine digital experiences for continuous performance improvement.
- Conversion Rate & Performance Optimization:
- Lead A/B testing and analyze digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and other data platforms.
- Establish clear goals, KPIs, and reporting structures to measure and optimize digital performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Customer Journey Optimization:
- Map customer and prospect journeys to identify and eliminate friction points, improving landing pages and digital touchpoints for higher conversions.
- Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns and lead generation efforts through data-driven decision-making.
- Align digital optimization efforts with broader inbound marketing and lead nurturing strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What experience and skills we need you to have:- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, design, and website optimization
- Proven experience owning a visual brand and digital experience within B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of growth marketing, lead generation, and inbound marketing strategies for enhancing acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques for websites, including content optimization, user journey mapping, and funnel improvements.
- Experience use of design tools, web technologies and content management systems
- Expertise in analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics and implementing A/B testing to drive conversion optimization and ROI.
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana to track and manage digital initiatives.
- Strong Salesforce and Hubspot experience. Proven experience working well and being an influencer in cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress - DIvi specifically)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

$97,750 - $115,000 a year
The base pay range for this position is $97,750-$115,000. The final salary for this position will be determined in FinQuery’s sole discretion consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant’s skills, qualifications for the role, job-related knowledge, work experience, and FinQuery’s business and other operational considerations.
