Role Overview:
As a Product Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in helping our clinical teams adopt, use, and optimize the tools and platforms that enable them to deliver excellent care to our members. We need your help bringing product thinking and operational excellence models from other industries in order to help Atria scale to deliver world leading and cutting edge medicine to even more people than we do today.
You'll work hands-on with cross-functional teammates from Care Coordination, Hospitality, Membership, Legal, and Finance to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively leverage our core systems, including Atria’s own custom built tools as well as Monday.com, ZenDesk, Slack, and Gmail. This is an ideal role for someone interested in pursuing a career in Program or Product Management within healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Care Coordination and Hospitality to understand their workflows and identify opportunities to optimize them using technology
- Design scalable processes, workflows, and systems of using technology to improve efficiency
- Develop SOPs, training materials, and workflows on the use of tools, platforms, and systems
- Train stakeholders and roll out new technology and systems and product functionality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues and answering questions related to tools
- Gather feedback and requirements from teams on platform usability and relay insights to the Product team to inform future enhancements
- Monitor platform usage and adoption metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, and Clinical to streamline processes and ensure a seamless operational workflows and member experience
- Ability to collaborate with and train IT to support stakeholders
Compensation:
$95,000 - $110,000
- 2+ years of experience working in project/program management/operations or a similar role
- Empathy for the challenges faced by healthcare providers and a passion for helping care coordination teams work more efficiently
- Patience and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of our clinical teams
- Hands-on experience working with common healthcare tools and systems (or a strong desire to learn) is a plus but not required
- Direct patient care experience is a plus but not required
Success Outcomes:
- Care Coordination and Hospitality teams are able to independently and effectively use care delivery tools to meet member needs
- High adoption and regular usage of core platforms across all Care Coordination and Hospitality teams
- Increase in Care Coordination and Hospitality productivity and satisfaction as a result of technology optimizations
- Positive feedback from Care Coordination and Hospitality teams on the level of support received
Reporting & Work Arrangement:
- The Product Operations Associate will be part of the Product team and report to the VP of Product and Engineering
- The role requires in-office attendance in NYC of at least 4 days per week to effectively collaborate
