The Team:

This role will sit within the Marketing team. You will be working closely with the existing Operational Excellence and Marketing Automation team members as well as the wider Marketing team.

The Role:

As a member of the Email and Marketing Automation team, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality email campaigns, collaborating with key stakeholders and the marketing team. Your keen attention to detail will enable you to work effectively across multiple brands and divisions within the business. With a strong understanding of marketing concepts and best practices, you will provide constructive feedback to optimise email performance. After sending each campaign, you will analyse the results using a data-driven approach to refine and enhance future campaigns continually

Day to day responsibilities:

• Working with key stakeholders to help implement customer sends

• Understand business requirements, help design marketing journeys and email templates, develop campaigns and managing end to end delivery.
• Build emails from design and content briefs
• Testing emails considerably to ensure merge fields and personalized content works
• Monitoring and reporting of email sends and identify areas for improvement/optimisation.
• Conduct A/B testing of email content/ customer journeys

How will I be measured? 

• On time delivery of campaigns with high quality email builds
• Delivery of email campaigns within deadlines
• Improvements in journey/campaign performance

What do I need to be successful? 

• At least 2 years in Email Marketing or similar
• Experience working with HTML / CSS is preferred
• Effective project and time management capabilities
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated

• Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home and the office - 3 days a week from home 2 days a week in office based in Townhall
• If based outside of Sydney, you will work fully remotely
