Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
• Assist customers in resolving their inquiries and issues promptly
• Utilize support tools to find effective solutions for customer challenges
• Create a positive and welcoming experience for every customer interaction
• Document feedback and customer interactions to help improve our services
• Collaborate with your remote team to enhance overall service delivery
• Support the onboarding process of new team members through knowledge sharing

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• A proactive and motivated mindset to contribute to the team remotely
