Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as logistics, finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.
As Global Touchpoint Owner CRM, Email Marketing & Marketing Automation you will be in the global marketing team of the business unit Measuring Tools. You will be responsible to implement the Bosch brand strategy through CRM and email marketing campaigns whilst ensuring touchpoint ROI is optimized. Being in charge of marketing automation, you will lead the development and optimization of automated email sequences and lead nurturing processes. This role is critical in guiding potential customers through a decision-making journey, ensuring they remain engaged, informed, and ultimately convert. You'll also work closely with our CRM to ensure seamless integration and data flow, enabling a robust lead nurturing and scoring system.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Develop and deliver CRM and Email Marketing strategies to grow our customer database, customer retention and loyalty (scope of work includes user and dealer CRM)
Create and maintain the email content calendar
Lead the design, development and deployment of marketing emails
Close collaboration with other touchpoint owners in the Measuring Tools buisness unit as well with other divisions to ensure maximum efficiency of the budget spent
Develop email workflows and sequences that nurture leads through each stage of the sales funnel, from awareness to decision-making.
Ensure proper integration between our marketing automation tools and CRM, enabling accurate lead tracking, scoring, and data synchronization.
Implement cross-and upselling in collaboration with Customer Success Manager and create necessary flows and interfaces
Monitor performance metrics, A/B test email content and workflows, and adjust strategies to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Generate insights through analytics, providing regular reports on lead behavior, funnel performance, and automation effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Which requirements are important to us?
Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field (Master is a plus).
- Experience&Personality
- Working practise: Strong level of affinity for online marketing, AI tools and technology trends in marketing. Solid project management skills and ability to handle complexity. Strong affinity to branding and to build customer loyalty.
- Languages: You are fluent in English. Other language knowledge is an advantage.
