Your Job:


The Commerce and Data Marketing Specialist will partner with their manager and other team members to help execute Brooks’ demand generation and data strategies to both retain and acquire new consumers to the brand. In partnership with the Principal, Commerce and Data Marketing Program Manager, you will help drive strategy, tactical execution, creative requests, campaign optimization and report on programs spanning across multiple channels including: affiliate, partner marketing, referral marketing and direct mail channels.

 

You will assist in ensuring external vendors and agencies are held accountable and programs are meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly performance KPIs, all to be shared out during weekly business meetings. You will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, and Digital Products teams to support campaign programming and attain target KPIs across channel. Winning in this role will be to help implement, execute, and report on program strategies aligning to our KPIs, that will bring new runners into the brand via our DTC business and wholesale retail partners. 


Responsibilities:
  • Partner with your manager to execute the strategy, delivery, and optimization of all affiliate programming and direct mail campaigns, while closely partnering with agency and external vendors to meet performance KPIs
  • Assist in tactical planning support for key marketing campaigns for affiliate, direct mail programs and other demand generation-based channels in partnership with your manager
  • Help manage creative request process to meet program needs and assist with creative work order creation
  • Contribute to design feedback in partnership with manager for direct mail campaigns
  • Support audience led data projects including strategies for utilization of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data across marketing channels
  • Partner with manager on supporting budget management across programs including quarterly/yearly forecasting and modeling in partnership with agencies and external vendors
  • Support measurement and reporting on all affiliate related programs, as well as direct mail in close partnership with Analytics and Brooks data vendor
  • Monitor and report out weekly and monthly channel level insights to stakeholders on the broader marketing team
  • Aid in data pulls, analysis and creation of insights, and help clearly communicate campaign results to team members with recommendations to improve spend and inform optimizations
  • Support launch of referral marketing program, in close partnership with manager, Loyalty, E-commerce and Digital Products teams
  • Contribute to test and learn based ideation and other business growth opportunities across all programs with aligned KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization and clearly communicate with cross functional teams such as Analytics, Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, and Digital Products to help execute campaigns


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1+ years of related experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in affiliate, influencer, paid social, programmatic media and other digital tactics required
  • Experience working at an ad agency preferred
  • Experience within CPG or activewear preferred
  • Must be comfortable working with an agency and cross-functional teams. Experience with agency and vendor management a plus
  • Understanding of cross-channel marketing tactics
  • Ability to efficiently analyze data and tell its story to stakeholders
  • Must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams. Experience with agency and vendor support a plus
  • Creative and brings new ideas for how we can reach new runners in surprising and compelling ways
  • Proactive and highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented and goal driven mindset, while juggling multiple projects successfully
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Detailed-oriented, accurate, professional, and accountable
  • Is a problem solver. Proactively seeks creative solutions to achieve better runner experience
  • Proficient in core Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Curious mindset with a bias towards action to move ideas into reality
  • Strong runner focus/ability to anticipate and react to runner needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $28.80 - $43.23 per hour. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Location- This is a Seattle based role and you will spend 3 days per week in our Seattle offices, as we believe our organization flourishes when connections, collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and celebrations happen in person.
