About the Role
The e-Commerce Product Management intern will gain implementation and product discovery experience in the digital/e-commerce space, focusing on the intersection of product management and marketing technology.
Responsibilities could include market research around digital marketing strategies and relevant tools, facilitating cross-collaboration between Marketing and PM departments, and more.
Responsibilities
•Conduct market research, competitor and landscape analysis to identify trends and opportunities around digital marketing strategies and relevant tools such as CDPs
•Collaborate and communicate with relevant stakeholders across the company, especially Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Design
•Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to CDP data pipelines
•Evaluate current suite of e-Commerce tools and how they support customer segmentation and audience building
•Support feature execution by documenting discussions and decisions around product requirements, and turning these into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
•Assist in implementation of features alongside product managers and engineers across the eCommerce product suite
•Learn to define successful product execution, write user stories, and manage a backlog
•Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure results
Qualifications
•Availability for our summer internship program running June 3rd through August 15th
•Availability to work a minimum of one day per week in our Watertown, Massachusetts office
•Self-starter, with a passion for research and analysis, and compiling insights into a compelling point of view for company stakeholders
•Analytical mindset to deliver research and recommendations
• Understanding of audience filtering and segmentation based on customer data (behavior, interests, transactions)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Interest in product management / UX design / e-commerce / marketing technology
