Senior Cybersecurity Sales Engineer

CCDS is a premier provider of cybersecurity solutions and information technology services. We are currently seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our sales team and clients, helping to drive the sales of our cybersecurity products and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your technical expertise while also engaging with clients directly to promote cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Develop and deliver technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity products and services.
  • Provide pre-sales support, including product configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, threats, and industry best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity sales engineering or a related technical sales role, not less than 4 years.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
