  • Collaborate effectively: Work collaboratively with consumers to address product information requests and resolve inquiries skillfully and professionally. 
  • Customer-centric approach: Empathize with customer needs, analyse their issues, and provide personalized solutions. 
  • Omnichannel support: Deliver seamless customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. 
  • Product expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our client's products and services.

  • Brand advocacy: Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador in all interactions. 

Your Experience, Our Future 

  • Fluency in Italian: Demonstrated by exceptional grammar and spelling. 
  • Advanced English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English communication. 
  • Customer Service Enthusiast: Possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Empathetic Communication: Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding. 
  • Strong Administrative Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills. 
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem resolution.  

Your Benefits Package 

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract: Temporary (3 month contract with 1-month probation period) 
  • Hours: 20 hours/week
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
  • Salary: €9026 gross per year
  • Holidays: 24 working holidays / 2 accrued days per month
  • Paid Bank Holidays + Extra Day in Lieu
  • Work Model: Hybrid (6 days per month at the office)
  • Training: 8 days of office based training, Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm
  • Office Location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
