The Senior Security Services Engineer will own, manage, and support customers in deploying CyberArk Privilege Access Management solutions. In this role, the Senior Security Services Engineer will collaborate with customers to kick off their transition project, provide support in planning, manage technical activities, oversee the transition, and handle post-transition discussions and activities. The goal is to ensure a seamless deployment, foster a positive customer experience and outcome, and enable customers to continue and grow with CyberArk solutions.
The Senior Security Services Engineer will be responsible for the delivery and ongoing success of customers and will accompany them throughout all stages of the deployment life cycle. This includes planning, deploying, integrating, providing technical assistance, expanding and securing the customer's environment using the solution, and setting the customer up for success with CyberArk's Privilege Access Management solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Work directly with the customer to deploy and configure CyberArk Privilege Access Management solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the planning, deployment and post-implementation stages
• Assist customers with developing, managing, and executing project plans and timelines
• Assist customers through CyberArk product migrations
• Ability to work off-hours periodically to support customers during scheduled maintenance windows for system upgrades/migrations
• Lead customer engagements to test, validate, and onboard privilege accounts with the potential for out-of-box and custom integrations
• Act as a subject matter expert to guide customers through both Privilege Access Management and security best practices aimed at rapid risk reduction
• Processing and analyzing customer and product usage for the benefit of both customers and CyberArk

The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $132,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
