AP Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve AP billing discrepancies
• Process Invoices for payment (hard copy and EDI)
• Maintain Carrier records (insurance and authority to operate)
• Review and Reconcile AP accounts
• Run Reports and Check run
• Work with Sales Reps and all Departments

Education/Experience

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid PC/Workstation skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Be a team player, helpful and cooperative
