Position Summary:- The Residential Services Coordinator will gain hands-on experience in luxury residential management, assisting in daily operations related to property management, homeowner services, HOA coordination, and asset management. This seasonal position provides an opportunity to gain experience in residential operations while contributing to the exceptional service and hospitality that defines Sand Valley.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist in managing the daily operations of private residences and rental properties.
- Support the Residential Manager in ensuring homeowner satisfaction by addressing inquiries and requests.
- Assist in communication directly with homeowners and prospects.
- Participate and lead property inspections, maintenance coordination, and improvement recommendations.
- Help facilitate SOP documentation and document homeowner interactions & trends.
- Assist with various reporting and expenditure tracking.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Desk, to maintain high service standards for Sand Valley’s homeowners.
- Contribute to programs that enhance the Homeowner experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Residential Management team.
Qualifications:- Currently pursuing or possessing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Interest in luxury hospitality, property management, and homeowner services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
