Director of Email Marketing

The Director of Email Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing engaging email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and enhance brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement effective email marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
• Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, from concept to execution, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling email content.
• Lead and mentor a team of email marketing specialists.

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong emphasis on campaign management.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
