The Sr. Content Manager will mine for authentic and compelling customer stories, create hyper-engaging and shareable content, and build a repeatable system for delivering best-in-class content week after week. You’ll take editorial themes and bring them to life through emotionally resonant content that increases brand awareness and affinity across owned and earned channels. Your responsibilities include harvesting stories within our community, working with freelancers to generate new content around culturally topical conversations and developing narratives across channels that tell our brand story to the world.
This person will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing, but will work closely with Growth, Creative, Product and Customer Service to package content and ensure it’s amplified across all channels.
