Social Media Lead

RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled Social Media Lead to join the marketing team of one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement. The Social Media Lead will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and foster a vibrant online community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the client’s mission and business objectives.

- Identify key growth opportunities and set clear, measurable goals.

- Tailor strategies to suit different audiences across platforms such as X, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Telegram.

- Write engaging content tailored to each social media platform. Graphic design or video production skills are a plus.

- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.

- Engage with the online community across all platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally in support of the community team.

- Work closely with a small group of community managers and cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure cohesive messaging and support broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years of social media management experience

- Knowledge and understanding of web3, crypto, and NFTs

- Attention to detail and strong writing and communication skills are mandatory

- Able to manage multiple projects and workflows at once

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities. Suku is a global company with coworkers in different time zones.

- Fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
