The Email Marketing Support Specialist will provide operational support for email marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and optimal performance while assisting team members with technical and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and execution of email marketing campaigns, including audience targeting and segmentation.
• Provide support in troubleshooting technical issues related to email delivery and performance.
• Maintain and update email marketing databases to ensure accurate and effective audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide reports to the marketing team.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.

• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or a related support role.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing principles and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
