The Experian Health Analytics Consulting Manager support the Collection Optimization Consulting team. This includes providing the team with: training, aiding in personal career growth and daily support with solution and client needs. You will also help develop client engagement strategies that produces a positive Return on Investment for clients, and maintain a pulse on client satisfaction. You will maintain your own client base, providing consulting services to your assigned clients.
Team Support and Development: Responsible for coaching, training, and aiding in the personal career growth of the Collection Optimization Consulting team.
Client Engagement: Participates in designing and executing client engagement strategies to ensure a positive ROI and maintain client satisfaction.
Consulting Services: Analyzes and develops complex operational workflow strategies, solves complex problems, and creates best practice solutions to enhance the Collection Optimization product.
Product Knowledge: Advanced understanding of the Collection Optimization solution, its functionality, and service offerings, and the ability to offer analytics consultancy.
Managing Consultant Team: Develops collaborative relationships, supports the consulting team in resolving client challenges, and ensures ROI discussions are executed.
Client Management: Acts as the main contact for assigned clients, independently troubleshoots and resolves issues, and communicates and documents solution value to clients.
