Your New Role

As the Senior e-Commerce Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in helping to shape and execute the strategy behind our online sales channels. From managing our Shopify Plus platform to driving data-driven decisions, this role combines technical expertise, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to deliver a seamless shopping experience and boost revenue growth.

Collaborating across teams like Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience, you’ll ensure our digital presence is aligned with broader business goals. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and measurable results.

Your Day to Day

• Manage the Shopify Plus platform, including product uploads, pricing updates, and issue resolution.
• Enhance user experience (UX) through website updates to boost conversion rates and sales.
• Analyse performance metrics like traffic and conversion rates using Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing to align ecommerce with SEM, SEO, email, and social strategies.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimise disruptions.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimise design, content, and sales strategies.
• Stay ahead of global e-commerce trends, integrating innovations into our digital strategy.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain robust site security.

What You Need

• Advanced knowledge of Shopify Plus, with hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, and e-commerce marketing strategies.
• Skilled in analysing metrics and translating them into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and e-commerce integrations.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills across departments.
• Up to date with global e-commerce trends and UX best practices.
• Experience managing product listings, promotions, and updates.
